Mini Loader (EFEM+)

NADAtech's automated mini loaders offer users the flexibility of automating the process of transferring wafers from cassettes or FOUPs to OEM processing systems as well as inspection and metrology modules. These mini loaders can handle tasks like wafer pick and place, notch alignment and wafer centering, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
